The Makeover is designed to help you begin where you are (while trying to improve (just a little) every week). You're given short, everyBODY appropriate workouts every week that you can do at home or in the gym. It's about making it work LONG TERM!

The Energy Makeover is the last fitness program that you will ever need. A results based program that teaches you how to workout effectively (and not obsessively), the Energy Makeover shows you how to eat the right foods for your body (when you’re actually hungry), and how to balance holistic wellness in your busy life. No detoxing. No calorie counting. No 90-minute spin classes... because, well, who has time for that?

You won’t need a gym membership and we don’t EVER take diet pills, do weigh-ins, or engage in extreme exercise. Instead, our amazing transformations are the result of CONSISTENT science-based (all-level) workouts, a loving relationship with food (and coffee...and wine), and the guidance of ME, your coach, Anne Matthews. 

WHAT YOU GET! 

6-Weeks of Workouts: You're emailed 2 new workouts each week! We do each workout 2x a week (for a total of 4 workouts a week). Workouts are for every level and provide alternatives for pregnancy; postpartum and injury

Weekly Challenges: Every week we have a weekly challenge designed to help cultivate better lifestyle habits (for example, drinking more water, eating more vegetables, working on mobility etc). Participation is optional (but a lot of fun)! 

THE FAMOUS AND BELOVED TEAM Facebook Group (HELLOOOO accountability): Again, participation in the Facebook group is optional (but, the group is an amazing space to cheer each other on + be inspired by one another). 

The Food Makeover: This is not a diet. This is learning how to eat food that nourishes you + fuels your life. You are sent shopping lists; food guidelines (what food is encouraged and what should be avoided most of the time); and, a recipe guide that includes all of your favourites...just made over.
